Premiums for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, disability insurance, employee term life insurance, and other types of policies are eligible.  Employees of regular corporations, S corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, sole proprietors, professional corporations, and not-for-profits can participate in pre-tax contributions by establishing a Section 125 Premium Conversion Plan.   A sole proprietor, partner, members of an LLC, or individuals owning more than 2% of an S corporation are prohibited from participating in the Section 125 Premium Conversion Plan.
